A few of you had questions about this game...about how it seems that graphics were more prevalent than gameplay...well here's my experience...
1. This game is just so fun, and every time you die, you learn something, and the layout of this game allows you to try different gameplay methods to defeat enemies, stealth, speed, etc.
2. I found that the gameplay for an FPS game which is using abilities like these is absolutely perfect, and found myself wishing i could use them in other games.
3. AI - now this is where stuff gets complicated, because if you saw the AI in FEAR, they had an enclosed space, and they used it unbelievably well, whereas in Crysis the AI characters have "too much" of an arena, so sometimes stupid stuff happens.
Let me explain...at some points you will see the AI do some incredibly clever things, for instance... i saw some cover, which i had to crouch behind, i needed to use it to recharge the stealth bar...because it just ran out, and left me exposed for like one second....2 guys were looking my way, i thought they didnt see me, so i stayed in the crouching position and then re-applied the stealth, and when i had just stood up, those 2 guys were right next to the cover, just aiming over it to shoot me...i mean, i was blown away by that...usually AI stays back.
But sometimes, you can wait in a doorway, around a corner, and kill one guy, then another guy will come looking for you and just walk into your shotgun, time and time again....But occasionally they will flank you, and catch you from behind.
Overall these issues are very slight, and positives outweigh the negatives...You have to play this game when you have a good enough PC.
And i am at the part where you see stuff other than "Jungle"...and its so artistic, i should take screen shots.
